[tests] "make test-report" is now working
The gtester-report script silently requires an <info> tag in the XML
generated report with at least <package> and <version> tags. Updated
Makefile.am.gtester to add them automatically without touching the
report scripts.
The proper way to handle this would be to generate the missing tags from
gtester or adding command line options to specify them from the
makefiles.
