build: included xml handcrafted docs in dist
For some unknown reason, "make distcheck" failed to report that
{CONTRIBUTING,HACKING,NEWS,README,TODO}.xml were missing from dist.
Partially fix issue #67. The issue will be closed only when
"make distcheck" will work properly (or a valid reason for the
missed check will be found).
