Added an example path to qmake for people building Qt-4.3.5 in ThirdParty.

Changed buildParaView3.3 to a new buildParaView which builds the version of
ParaView set by the ParaView_INST_DIR or ParaView_VERSION environment variables.

so that ParaView can be built and run with a version of Qt other than the system one.

Removed the dependency on parMetis.

Stabilised the models by forcing the production of k and epsilon to be positive
even when the dot-product of the Reynolds stress and the gradient of velocity is
negative.  Currently this is done by taking the magnitude, another alternative
would be to take only the positive part.
