Initial check-in

I think I now covered most of the Get*** () stuff and
tested whatever my 3109c allowed me to test

TODO includes making a t/ folder and splitting the calls
now in test.pl to separate test units (WAP, SMS, PB, ...)

Next will be rewriting SendSMS () and creating a GUI
