- Handle multiple nodes having output volume control.
- Check we have a node controlling output volume before we try to get
its parameters.
- Select the input at index 0 for all output pins.
- Correct IRQ number on HP Compaq nc6320 laptop (BIOS bug).
- Removed static switching between speakers and headphones at start-up.
It's already done dynamically elsewhere.
- Refactored query code a little.
