s:section_search(): Fix same-line bug with count
Completely fixes the same-line bug from
56e23aa19874159ef6faa9a8f80359418bb34568 including the missing piece
mentioned in 6141a450db13831b9ca714a557fbb72326ff9aba.
Now all section motions with a count work properly, moving you to the
right place.
The one final issue is that the jumplist is now overpopulated with
irrelevant jumps.
