tg-summary: append ^ to rdeps-once branches with elided deps
It's not necessarily immediately obvious that the deps have
been elided in the default --rdeps-once listing unless the
duplicate branch names are immediately noticed.
Make it more apparent by appending a "^" to the lines which
have elided deps. They can be found up (^) above somewhere
in the output already.
