topgit: fully qualify more refs
Fully qualify some refs that have not been.
This makes sure tags will be properly dereferenced to commits
where applicable and that a full hash literal that doesn't
actually exist still gets caught (rev-parse --verify will pass
those through unverified unless they have some kind of suffix).
