Add optware-install.h script to Tomato.
To install optware just mount drive to /opt directory and launch optware-install.sh script.
It will install optware and add shibby`s repository. Im my repo is fixed bash package and lot of newer packages.
This commit remove also old/unused ipkg script from sources.
