purple: Single Sign-On default must be OFF
Now that the Single Sign-On handling has been sanitized across the code
it is really important that the SSO flag is set correctly. Set the
default for new accounts to OFF. This will force the user to make a
*conscious* decision to enable it, i.e. "yes, it is OK to use SSO in my
environment".
