ms-dlx: generate query in sipe_core_buddy_search()
Unfortunately it seems that [MS-DLX] queries are OR'd together plus the
response can have duplicates :-(
Also [MS-DLX] queries only match exactly, not by sub-string or regular
expression.
All in all the user experience for Contact Search with [MS-DLX] will be
much lower than with the old AD-based search...
