im: show conversation subject of IM sessions
As libpurple supports conversation topics only with groupchat, we
write a message directly to the chat when topic changes.
There is a ticket for topics in IM conversations
http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/13511 but people on the side of
Pidgin seem not to be very willing to implement this.
