Renaming some functions on paths.
The old prefix "continuous_" was simply removed, and "discrete_" was replaced by "pathpoint_". I am not completely happy with "pathpoint_" -- it is better than "discrete_" but "pathpoint" refers to more than just the "via point" (and "viapoint_" might too much of my own invention and hard to remember)...
