Now actually works with new wvdotnet version.
A lot of the code got much cleaner with the new WvDbi.
We still don't use the new WvHtml, sticking with the obsolete
Wv.Web.HtmlGen instead for now. We should also really update to
typesafe containers now that we rely on .net 3.5 anyhow.
