`bind': show binding expansion if no arguments are given..
It always bugged me that one cannot show the expansion of
a single, specific binding. Now one can say, for example,
#?0!0/NONE#0|:/var/spool/mail/steffen? bind default :kf3
bind default :kf3 Fi+download
And see the expansion of only this binding.
