Correct non-ASCII chars in the license notices

When I copied and pasted the "Free Yourself" license, my text
editor had changed all of the quote marks and apostrophes into
"fancy" quote marks, which don't follow the ASCII standard and cause
issues with Python when a format isn't declared.  Frigging text
editors...
