Update music-function macros to match upstream changes
Thanks to David Kastrup's recent work (which I partly
sponsored), music functions are now more flexible than
ever. Keeping up isn't gonna be easy, but hopefully I'll
be able to try and take advantage of the new syntax soon.
In the meantime, this commit just fixes compatibility
issues with recent LilyPond builds.
