Some last minute changes (#7028)
* Some last minute changes
- Change themes default font size to BS defaults 1rem.
- add card class to center cards class list
- fix Medications card list font weight to normal from bold.
* - change dashboard document back icon. fa-sm will now make sense that .875rem is refer'ed to 1rem
