Here are the fixes for a few issues found in the conditional fields
-Fix LBF conditions to work with radio buttons.
-We found a bug for the last fix on radio buttons, list stopped working.
-When having a list we will check the value of the option and not the Text that is displayed in order to have multiple languages at the same time
-Fixes for Label Cols =0 and Data Cols = 0
