WinGit: Also add "libexec\git-core" to PATH if "bin" is added
If the user chose to add all msysGit binaries to PATH, i.e. the "bin" instead
of just the "cmd" (or no directory at all), the libexec\git-core directory
should be added to PATH, too, so the aliases for built-ins can be found.
