WinGit: Prefer TortoisePlink over vanilla Plink for its GUI dialogs
If the user chooses to use Plink over OpenSSH, TortoisePlink from the
TortoiseSVN/CVS applications is preferred and entered by default if found on
the user's system because these extended versions of Plink offer GUI dialogs
for accepting a host key, entering username and password etc.
Also, always write "Plink" instead of "PLink".
