Git Installer: replace identical file versions
Our msys-1.0.dll (and other files) do not contain version numbers that
reflects that they were updated, so the installer needs to overwrite
files that purport to have the same file version.
Reported by Bosko Ivanisevic and Ferry Huberts.
Fix suggested by Brian Downing.
