gitstats: Expanded the setupRepo script to generate a more elaborate tree
Now a subdirectory is created ('/doc') in which a
README.txt file is created. This allows testing of the
"--relative" switch. Also a revert and restore is done,
so that testing for equal commits can be done properly.
