bundles: improve text browser bundles instructions formatting
Make use of various CSS techniques and provide additional formatting
instructions so that the bundles instructions show up in a form
that is somewhate more usable in a text browser that has basic table
support.
While the new formatting does not exactly win awards, it preserves
the previous in-browser behavior (aka full CSS support) but at the
same time improves a bit on the usability in a text browser.
