fork of GDash engine. the engine is great in terms of emulating C64 clone of the original Atari 800 game, but i want some other features to enjoy the game. like ignoring time limit, or remove life limit (yeah, one can start from any cave in GDash, but still...), or make foes less aggressive, so they won't jump at Rockford if he is not blocking their way, or having fixed frame delay independent of engine... so i made this small fork, and added some options i like to have.
