Merge branch 'faq-anchors' into 'master'
Faq anchors
Updated the Q&A section to use level 4 headers to auto generate the ID's to the questions. And updated the ToC's links to point to them.
One of the things I noticed while doing this is that if we change the Q text then of course the link will break as well, just pointing out the close coupling here, but without support for HTML Id's are anything then we're kind of stuck with it unless we label each question as `#### 1.1` or something.
