Doc amendment for syntax-ppss.
* doc/elisp/syntax.texi (Position Parse): Note, twice, that syntax-ppss is
equivalent to parse-partial-sexp from the beginning of THE VISIBLE PART OF the
buffer. Final part of the fix for bug #22983.
