Set project-specific organize-imports settings.
These are the current defaults in an Eclipse workspace, but we should
make sure everyone working within Eclipse on EGit/JGit is using the
same import thresholds and orderings, otherwise we may get no-op diffs
when someone makes use of Organize Imports.
