Move functionality from 'ebib-start-on-entry to 'ebib.
Add an optional argument to the main function 'ebib to pass an entry key which
is the key to be made active. This functionality was provided by a separate
function 'ebib-start-on-entry, but it seems cleaner to put it in the main
function.
