MANIFEST: Add missing files to generate the tarball
btf_loader.c and the libbpf obtained via the git module are needed to
be able to build from the tarball generated via:
tar cvfj rpm/SOURCES/dwarves-1.13.tar.bz2 `cat MANIFEST`
