Enforced new /[A-EG]b policy

But this one I don't understand:

Eb /Eb /Db /Cb /Bb Ab *
I'm just sitting here thinking with my mind a million miles away.

Isn't Cb == B for any guitar player? Or is it that we want every chord in
Lonesome Day Blues to end with b?
