options to re-arrange content sections, put comic at top
Added two new user variables, xkcd_comic_at_top and xkcd_comic_only,
which control whether xkcd-mode rearranges the content sections in
the page. If xkcd_comic_at_top is true, xkcd-mode will move the header
section to under the section with the comic. If xkcd_comic_only is true,
the header and the footer will be removed. Both default to false.
