binary: removed btranslate, bktrans, and brimtrans from binary packages

Also changed the above programs to noinst_PROGRAMS in tools/Makefile.am
since they are developer tools, for parsing USB snoop logs, and not
generally for end-user consuption.  They also don't have manpages,
and so conflict with Debian's binary packaging rules.

If these programs someday become useful again, we can add them
back.... but WITH manpages. :-)
