[vComponent] add GetPValue() method and VCalendar class.
The VCalendar class simply provides an Initialise() method which
can be used to force the vComponent to be a VCALENDAR and to
write some defaults in to the base component.
The GetPValue() method returns the value of the first identified
property, or null.
