Huge refactor for 4.2
Change folder structure to reflect Android version number instead of dessert.
Add 'opd' mod, which is OpenPdroid, the term for the open-source patches for
PDroid Manager. The great de-tabify of 2013 is on. Multiple other things
that should really have been their own commit.
