Update.zip renamed; Buildquery always runs; Bad $BID gets error
The last piece for Build dates. Now the buildquery will always run and collect
info. A date on CLI that doesn't have a patch results in error. And
update.zips now are update-$RID-BDID-MODS, with BDID being actual build date.
