Add failsafe 'generic' tabletUI patches.
Should almost never ork or do anything for anyone. But it does allow the script to proceed without error
on some old roms and display standard error messages. I found that it does allow a couple evervolv
patches to patch. Can't hurt I don't think, anyway.
