[AdgGtkArea] Corrected zoom in size_allocate()
A new method to calculate the zoom coefficient, more simple and IMHO by
far more clean.
The margins have been stripped from adg_gtk_area_get_extents() because
the extents are needed when the canvas is rescaled (so the previous
extents loose any value).
