[demo] Added printing support to adg-demo
Added button and dialog hooks to manage printing support in adg-demo. A
minor issue still survived: while in preview mode, the underline
adg-demo window always exposes the canvas in identity space.
Partially solves issue #44: http://dev.entidi.com/p/adg/issues/44/
The issue will be considered closed as soon as the expose problem is
resolved.
