[CpmlCurve] Moved cpml_curve_pair_at_time() from CpmlPair
Updated the API to use the CpmlPrimitive args, as done for
cpml_line_pair_at(). Also, implemented a stub
cpml_curve_pair_at() that takes the homogeneous parameter
pos (instead of time): still to be implemented...
