[AdgGtkArea] Added "extents-changed" signal
The AdgGtkArea now emits a signal whenever the extents of its canvas are
changed. This, together with a couple of convenient functions dealing
with the canvas margins, will help to get the boundary of the drawing
when implementing AdgGtkLayout.
