[demo] Added tab for title block customization
Moved editable data inside a GtkNotebook and added a new tab to
customize the strings inside the title block. This new feature
highlighted a problem in the tolerances (for dimensions) and titles
(for tables) alignments: their new offsets seem to be added instead of
substituded to the old ones.
Closes issue #47: http://dev.entidi.com/p/adg/issues/47/
