wrf_timeseries.F is modified to add a new capability to outputs vertical profiles...

wrf_timeseries.F is modified to add a new capability to outputs vertical profiles of U, V, Theta, GHT and Qvapor on user defined locations for each time step ( thanks to Torge Lorenz from Uni Research in Bergen). Previously  existing format for the *.TS files is still maintained, while new files of vertical profiles are created. Registry.EM_COMMON is revised to include variables of newly added vertical profiles.  Changes are made to README.tslist to include introduction of the new capability.
