Recent files, 'fuopt'

This snapshot contains two new features: a "Recent Files" menu (patch by
Nico Weber) and support to change the background colour whilst in
full-screen mode (patch by Enno Lübbers).

Files opened from Finder or via the ":browse" command are added to the
"Recent Files" menu as well as to the "Recent Items" submenu of the
Apple menu.  However, files that are opened with e.g. ":e" are not added
as recent files.  This behaviour at least makes sense to me and Nico,
speak up if you have any objections or suggestions for improvement.

The background colour in full-screen can be changed by setting the
'fuopt' option, consult ":h 'fuopt'" on how to do this.

Finally, here is a list of the rest of the changes:
- <D-w> show confirmation dialog when there are modified buffers
- 'antialias' can now be set inside gvimrc
- zooming the window no longer causes it to move downwards
- the macvim colour scheme can now be used outside MacVim
- uses latest Vim source and runtime files
