Use 7.2a "spell" folder (and remove all extra spell files)
The entire "spell" folder was accidentally included in commit
333d42884a. Since it takes up over 100 Mb all the extra files included
then have been removed. The current "spell" folder only includes the
files in the 7.2a tar.bz2 archive.
