- Only consider that a monitor has been detected on the VGA port if a
valid EDID is read. Formerly, monitor probing only looked for working i2c
communication, which led to output going to the VGA port (and not to
an internal LVDS screen) when no monitor was connected (at least on my
Acer AspireOne A110).
- Port of r41828 (from ABIv0 branch):
Removed iMica boot logo, with agreement from sponsor, Cluster UK.
