2003-05-21 Release 0.3.1
* Cleaned up includes to be more portable, use HAVE_, when required.
* Automatic link copy added on resize to memblock. If you edit a linked block and more space is required, it will be allocated and the old linked data will be copied into it.
* memblock will no longer link. string still does in limited cases.
* Misc bug fixes.
