Release version 1.2
Updated version numbers.
Removed forward \refs; current doxygen can't resolve.
Yet another damn asm problem; replace "+m" in tuple. gcc 4.1.2 can't handle.
Somebody really needs to explain what causes all these weird
constraint errors and problems. The gcc manpage is no help.
Rewrote matrix passign to copy in two stages
This caused compile errors on i386 debug builds (too many regs).
