Přidání config haku a vlastního tlk souboru.hak

Přidání config haku a vlastního tlk souboru.

V config haku přidány 2da soubory, které napojují CEPové zdroje,
takže se CEPové modely a další věci dají použít při tvorbě blueprintů.

Dále přidány prázdné veškeré Bioware standardní palety, až na paletu
zvuků (soundpalstd.itp), což v nich vymaže všechny blueprinty, takže
nebudou obtěžovat při načítání modulu a nebudou se dát použít.

Pak importovány palety z Equilibrie (www.equilibrie.cz), za což děkuji
Labirovi, že je poskytl. Palety, které Equilibrie nemění:
encounterpal.itp
soundpal.itp
storepal.itp
Palety, které jsem z Equilibrie neimporotval:
triggerpal.itp
Zbylých 5 palet je tedy změněných.

Nakonec přidán .tlk soubor, který zajišťuje zobrazování názvů CEPových
věcí, jako nové baseitems, vzhledy apod. Také zajišťuje zobrazování názvů
Equilibrijských palet.
