test: Don't work over nfs mount, work with local disk then publish to nfs
according to tests nfs mount is 170 times slower than local disk.
and for some reason merlin 'mon test dist' is b0rking when working
with config and logs on slow disks.
this ugly-patches the symptom by only working with local disks, then
move the files to the nfs disk.
